As the head of business development, she puts her extensive aviation background to good use securing clients such as Clay Lacy Aviation, JetHQ, King Aerospace and Vantis. She has helped lead the firm's ongoing evolution to stay abreast of marketing innovations. She understands how to communicate a brand's essence and achieve a vision.

  Today, she gives back to the industry and community as the first female chair of the Wichita Aero Club. The Wichita Business Journal selected her as 2008 40 Under 40 and 2021 Marketing Award honoree.
